Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel completely assured when shopping with us, which is why we’ve created a returns policy that is both fair and customer-friendly, while meeting UK consumer protection standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
⦁ In original packaging
⦁ Unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
⦁ Complete with all accessories, tags, or safety seals
⦁ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our product range and for safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
⦁ Personal attack alarms or safety devices that have been opened, activated, or used
⦁ Digital products, downloads, online resources or software once delivered
⦁ Customised or personalised items
⦁ Gift cards and e-vouchers
⦁ Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind:
⦁ You are welcome to return any eligible item within 30 days
⦁ Return postage is your responsibility
⦁ We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind
We are always here to help if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction matters to us deeply. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange one of the following, whichever you prefer:

⦁ An exchange
⦁ A full refund
VIP Chaperones will cover all return postage for faulty items.
